Electricity deposits of $100.00 per month will be requested on rentals of one month or more.


** Attention volunteers: If you are volunteering your services on the island during your stay, ask us about a special rate package. 

All rates include round-trip transfer to Roatan’s International Airport and pre and post cleaning. Other expenses such as additional cleaning and laundry, bottled water, phone, fax and e-mail services are available for a moderate fee. Please see the rental manager on site.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1) A maximum of 5 persons is permitted. The cabana is non-smoking. We request that you do not bring pets. 

2) A deposit of 50% is due at the time the reservation is made. The balance, plus Honduran tax (currently 16%) and the security deposit is due upon arrival. The reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

 3) The deposit may be made by sending a bank draft, money order, cashier or certified cheque in US funds to: Karen McLean, 425 Hespeler Road, Suite 117, Cambridge, Ontario Canada N1R 8J6.

 4) Direct deposit or wire transfer is also available. Please ask us for details.

 5) Upon arrival, the balance of the rental fee plus Honduran tax is payable to the rental manager, in cash, traveller’s cheques, money order, bank draft, cashier or certified cheque, in US funds plus a $100 US cash fully refundable security deposit..

 6) You may cancel the reservation up to 21 days before arrival, and receive a full refund less a $50 charge for administration costs. There are no other refunds.
